グリーンティ土山の抹茶について
グリーンティ土山の抹茶は自社茶園で収穫した茶葉でつくった滋賀県甲賀市土山町産100%のお抹茶です。肥培管理が徹底された茶園で被覆栽培で育てられた茶葉は「碾茶(てんちゃ)」と呼ばれる抹茶の原料となります。
グリーンティ土山は自社に碾茶工場を持ち「碾茶」になるまでを一貫して行っています。
グリーンティ土山の抹茶
本藍（ほんあい）
5月に収穫した茶葉の中で最上級のものです。
この上なく豊かな旨味と覆い香をお楽しみ下さい。
群緑（ぐんろく）
選りすぐりの碾茶を挽き上げた逸品。
鼻に抜けるさわやかな香りと濃い旨味が特徴です。
★月白（げっぱく）
上級の物でお点前用としてお使いいただけます。
さわやかな風味でさっぱりとした口当たりです。
胡粉（ごふん）
適度な苦みがあります。製菓やお料理に使用すると味が引き立ちます。色は濃く緑茶に入れると色鮮やかな健康茶にもなります。

About Green Tea Tsuchiyama Matcha
Green Tea Tsuchiyama Matcha is made from tea leaves harvested from our own tea plantations in Tsuchiyama, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It is 100% produced in Tsuchiyama.
The tea leaves are carefully cultivated under shade in well-managed tea fields. These tea leaves are processed into Tencha, the raw material used to make Matcha.
Green Tea Tsuchiyama has its own Tencha processing facility, allowing us to carry out the entire process from tea cultivation to Tencha production ourselves.
Green Tea Tsuchiyama Matcha
Hon-Ai (本藍)
The finest tea leaves harvested in May.
Enjoy its exceptionally rich umami and elegant aroma created by shade cultivation.
Gunroku (群緑)
A fine Matcha made by grinding carefully selected Tencha.
It has a refreshing aroma and rich, deep umami.
★Geppaku (月白)
A high-quality Matcha suitable for use in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
It has a refreshing flavor and a clean, smooth taste.
Gofun (胡粉)
With a pleasant, moderate bitterness, it is ideal for confectionery and cooking, bringing out the flavor of foods and sweets. Its deep green color also makes it suitable for creating a beautifully vivid green tea beverage.
